Since our magnets and frames are crafted specifically for you, we do not accept refunds UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order. If you find any reason to be unsatisfied, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damages:

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and alert us right away if there are any issues with your item. Defective, damaged, or incorrect? Let us know and we'll fix the issue.
