How does it work?

1. We will create a QR code for your event that has a personalized landing page. This QR code will allow guests to upload and crop photos. As your guests take photos during your event, they will be able to uload their favorites to the QR code.

2. Guests can keep celebrating or come to our booth and watch as we turn their selected photos into custom photo magnets within seconds. Their cherished memories of the night will become tangible keepsakes.

3. Your guests will take home the perfect party favor, cherishing the memories they made at your special event.

Event FAQ
Do you travel for events?
Absolutely! Venues located more than 30 miles outside of Layton UT will be charged 50c per mile past the 30 mile radius. Events that require a 3+ hour drive may be charged for overnight accommodations.
We love to travel to other states! Additional travel expenses may apply, such as airfare, transportation, lodging, etc.
When will you get to my event?
We will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booking time to begin setting up our equipment.
We will be ready to start creating photo magnets at the scheduled booking time. If we are needed earlier than 30 minutes, please let us know and we will work something out!
How much space do you need?
Our table and equipment requires a space of 5’ deep x 6’ wide. A 110V, 3 prong standard electrical outlet from a reliable power source is also required.
How do we send photos at the event?
We will have a QR code that guests can scan with their phones and it will take them to a customized webpage for your event. On that page they will be able to take a photo or upload a photo from their gallery. Once they click send, it will come straight to us for magnet creation!
How many photo magnets do we get?
We create as many photo magnets as we can during your event, however, our creation capacity is approximately 90 magnets per hour with our current equipment. To ensure all your guests have the opportunity to receive a custom photo magnet (or multiple magnets!), please consider your estimated guest count when determining how many hours to book.
Guests are welcome to upload multiple photos, however, we will first create magnets for those guests who have not had photo magnets created yet. This helps us create magnets for as many guests we can, which makes a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Thank you for your service! To show our appreciation, we offer a discount for active military and first responders.
